I have been a shop teacher for forty years. The other day when my Black and Decker miter saw stopped running I checked the brushes. Just by chance I found your listing on the web. Sent in the order and I could not believe that within less than a week I had the parts back and the saw was running. I shall keep you on the top of my list.

Repair success of Black and Decker Workmate

I am the owner of a Black & Decker Workmate Model WM225. I determined that the rocking motion of the unit was caused by a missing foot trestle.

None of the local stores was able to help me find a replacement so I went on the internet and found toolpartsdirect.com. I ordered the parts on 2/20/07 and received delivery on 2/23/07. The trestle is easily installed and the result is a very sturdy and solid work table. Thanks.

Incredible Service

I ordered parts for my Delta miter saw on Feb. 12th in the afternoon, on Feb.15 the parts were on my doorstep. I didn't request expedited delivery, but the service that I received couldn't have been improved unless I lived across the street from your warehouse.
