Fixed my saw

My very old and reliable Milwaukee deep-cut band saw started grabbing and stalling. On inspection, I found that the small rear aluminum block which holds the blade guide rollers had cracked, and one of the rollers (cam follower) was dislodged. None of the local hardware or tool stores had any information about parts for my model number. On your Web Site, I found exploded view drawings of the deep cut saws. Although I could not match model numbers, from the various drawings I was able to find the rear block which looked like mine. I ordered the block and roller from the parts list accompanying the drawing, and a few days later the parts arrived by mail. Now "old reliable" is as good as new.

Easy Repair

I received my parts order completely as ordered. I spent the next 15 minutes making the repair to my son's Makita Electric Saw. A complete success. All I can say is it was easy to order the parts and I feel at a fair price. It was also an easy repair. I now know where to get parts when I need them, as I am always doing small tool and appliance repairs for friends and family. I like your company.
