Saw repair

My Dewalt Mitre Saw came loose from the shelf in my cargo trailer and was pitched off onto the floor, breaking off the switch handle and bending the brackets that attach it to the mitre saw stand.
The local tool repair shop seemed to talk in circles when I asked them about the cost to fix it. I went away with the idea that it would probably be $150-$200 to fix me up.
After a little research on the internet I found the Toolbarn website which helped me easily find the parts I needed. Shipping time was estimated to be several weeks but the parts arrived within one week and the total cost to repair the damaged saw was less than $50.
Tool Parts Direct really came thru to help me save my $300+ saw. Thanks.
